Judges’ Remarks: In recognition of groundbreaking creativity and an original integration of digital tools with a physical model, this award is granted to the project 'Space of Agreement', which contributed to advancing planning and public participation processes, deepened understanding of planning issues and of memory/heritage, and strengthened public discourse on a regional scale, while maintaining a vivid and tangible connection to place.

The project presents an inspiring model that can be replicated in additional spaces.

The project offers practical tools for managing the future of urban commerce in the era of online trade, and contributes to strengthening city centers, economic-community renewal, and the formulation of a policy that can be implemented and replicated in additional cities.
