LEVENTER AWARDS
Joav Leventer Prize in Urban Planning and Design
The Joav Leventer Prize will be awarded annually in the field of urban planning and design, with an emphasis on physical planning and urban design.
The prize will be divided into two categories of winners:
Contribution to Research in Urban Planning: The prize will be awarded for groundbreaking publications that have promoted discursive/practical change in the world of planning and its practical implementation.
Contribution to Urban Planners in the Public Sector: The prize will be awarded for groundbreaking projects that have been implemented or for significant work (policy, project) in the field of planning in the public sector.
The winners will be selected by a prize committee composed of various representatives from the field of urban planning and representatives of the donors. Committee members are allowed to award prizes in only one category.

הפרס ע"ש יואב לוונטר יוענק מידי שנה בתחום תכנון ועיצוב העיר. הדגש של הפרסים הוא תחום התכנון הפיזי והעיצוב העירוני.
הפרס יחולק בין שתי קטגוריות של זוכים :
תרומה למחקר בתחום התכנון העירוני. הפרס יוענק לפרסום פורץ דרך, שקידם שינוי שיחי/פרקטי בעולם התכנון וביישום הפרקטי שלו.
תרומה בעשייה הציבורית בתחום התכנון העירוני. הפרס יינתן על פרויקט פורץ דרך שיושם או לעשייה משמעותית (מדיניות, פרויקט) בתחום התכנון במגזר הציבורי .
הזוכים ייבחרו בידי ועדת פרס שתורכב מנציגים שונים מתחום התכנון העירוני וכן נציגות התורמים.
חברי הוועדה רשאים לתת פרסים בקטגוריה אחת בלבד.
