Health care is a critical social and economic challenge globally. Improving health and ensuring access to affordable, high-quality care are priorities. Healthcare professionals face pressure from public and private sectors to promote longer, healthier lives. This proposal examines the link between health (lifespan, quality of life, infections, morbidity, mortality) and urban lifestyle. Can we identify health patterns across urban areas? Do landscape and city design influence health? How do urban regions shape lifestyles and disease prevention? Objectives include assessing links among health, urbanization, and living conditions; tracking health within cities; and creating tools to study these factors for future research.
