This project explores a regional strategy to develop industrial zones and strengthen residential areas within the city and nearby regions. It promotes cluster-based, eco-friendly growth by consolidating related industries and boosting economic and environmental resilience. The project examines three aspects: economic development—how to diversify resources and create a resilient economy; regional development—how to collaborate with neighboring areas for a shared vision; and physical development—how to plan infrastructure to meet social, economic, and environmental goals. It aims to introduce new planning methods for industrial zones where residents coexist with manufacturing through industry and infrastructure diversification.
